2. About Scalelink Mobile

Scalelink Mobile is a read-only application that displays real-time conveyor belt scale data fetched from our secure ASP.NET API servers. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users.

3. What Data We Handle

The application displays plant data such as:

• Weight (TPH and total)
• Speed, load percent, and belt downtime
• Start/stop times and product information
• Live operational alerts and historical reports

This data is collected from your belt scale systems and processed by our secure cloud infrastructure.

4. Data Access & Privacy

All information displayed in the app is:

• Fetched securely over HTTPS from your authorized ASP.NET web API
• Stored and processed on protected cloud servers
• Not shared with third parties

The app does not store any personal information or access any device hardware.

5. Permissions

Scalelink Mobile only requires Internet access to communicate with your authorized servers. No other device permissions (camera, location, microphone, etc.) are requested or used.

6. Data Security

Our API and cloud systems use industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted, and access is restricted to authenticated users.
